Update to Covid Protocol
Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this difficult time. Starting next Monday, June 1st, we will be allowing clients into the building with their pet(s) given that you bring and wear a mask while in the clinic.
You can still opt to use the curbside option and wait in your car while the doctor performs the exam, and the doctor can talk with you over the phone. Either way, we are still asking that you call when you arrive and wait in your car until an exam room is available.
We appreciate you waiting in your car until we are ready so that we can avoid any waiting in the lobby and exposure for you and others. If you would like to be with your pet in the clinic, we ask that you please bring your own mask and wear it while in the clinic for your safety and the safety of our staff and other clients. We also recommend to have as few people come to the appointment as possible to limit the number of people in an exam room.
For the foreseeable future, we will not allow anyone into the clinic without a mask. Additionally, if you are here to pick up medication, food, or other supplies, please call when you arrive and we can bring those out to you to avoid any waiting time or contact in the lobby. Again, thank you for your understanding and compliance during this time.
Please contact us if you have any questions about the protocol.
